SAME DAY DELIVERY

We offer same-day flower delivery 5 days a week (excluding Saturdays & Sundays). Our cut-off time is at 3pm, giving you plenty of time throughout the day to get those last-minute floral gifts sorted out!

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

You can place an order for next day delivery until our shop closing time over the phone, or until 23:59pm on our website!

Please note that we cannot give you a delivery time for your flowers. Please wait until after 6pm to ask us about any undelivered flowers, prior to 6pm we cannot give any extra information.

FLOWER DELIVERIES TO HOSPITALS AND UNIVERSITIES

Ensure you always make sure that flowers can be delivered to the chosen address. If you place an order with us and the address given is not deliverable, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund. That is why we advise that you always ensure that the recipient is allowed to receive flower deliveries. From our experience, we generally notice our customers run into such issues at hospitals and universities.

When sending flowers to a hospital or university, make sure that you give us as much information as possible. This will really help our drivers when delivering your flowers.
